I'VE NEVER TRAINED BEFORE, CAN I JOIN?

Of course!

Our curriculum is segmented into Intro, Fundamental and Applied classes. We start with the mechanics of the sport, move into timing and drills and then ultimately apply the essentials of different fighting styles, IQ and ring generalship.

This gives you a pathway to learn the sport from the ground up all the way to active competition.

DO I NEED MY OWN GEAR? WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We have loaner gear you can use until you purchase your own. All you need to bring to the gym is yourself, water and clothes you can work out in.

CAN YOU GET ME A FIGHT?

Yes but you have to work for it.

We are members of BC Muay Thai and our team members compete actively in BC and WA where we have connections with promoters. You have to be an active member of our competition team, participate in fight camp and we will guide you for your registration with the BC Athletic Commission if necessary.

CAN I COME TO YOUR GYM AND SPAR

If we don't know you or your coach you will have to attend our applied classes before you are allowed to spar.
